What Van Bryan calls, "the quintessential Montana ranch," wasn't always so, said the owner. "We were faced with the enormous challenge of making this old lodge a warm, livable home. The original log structure was absolutely cavernous," she said.

From the pine and gravel floors in the entryway to the river rock wall in the bathroom and the intimate nooks and crannies throughout the house, every last details was thoughtfully designed and meticulously installed.

To complement the owners' passion for the surrounding land, several outdoor structures and features were added during the extensive renovation.
