For this growing young family, an investment banker and his physician wife, they welcomed their first child in this new residence. A landmark English Tudor located in the Northshore suburb of Evanston a few steps from Lake Michigan shores. This home, which was dated and compartmentalized, was a real challenge in bringing it into modern times all the while respecting its landmark status, a task in itself. The project was completed within 18 months and notably, very child-friendly yet warm and inviting. It's a true updated traditional with modern touches.
