This fabulous 1901 coastal home was ready for a makeover. The owners had colors they liked painted as swatches, but didn't know how to decide which ones to use for the sparkling fun personality they were looking for.

We rolled up our sleeves and kept most of them...after all, painted ladies (Victorian homes with lots of architectural detail) know how to wear color! It perfectly reflects the fun lives that call this 1901 Victorian farmhouse their home.

I love how the palette plays in the sun and under clouds, sharing daylight joy with the neighbors.
