Interior: Arizona Remodel

An unfortunate fire totalled one room, and smoke severely damaged the rest of the home. Long awaited dreams of a new kitchen and updated master bath turned into a full home remodel, as all drywall, carpet and tile had to be removed. Studs also had to be treated to block the smell of the smoke damage. Opening up the walls allowed for a soft remodel to move a few things, and update the home they shared for 20 years. This forever home now reflects the colorful tastes, personalities and favorite cultures of these world travelers.

This guest room full bath is divided by a frosted glass barn door for privacy when required by multiple occupants. The door is left open to the hallway, as the artistry installed in every element of this double sink part of the room is worthy of display across from the hall bar.
