Pressure washed with Clorox anti-bacterial bleach. Extra rinse. 2 cases of Shermax caulk, caulking all cracks. Then two separate (24 hours between coats) coats of Sherwin William's Loxon XP elastomeric waterproofing coating. Then Sherwin William's Duration satin exterior on front door and rear...
