Heavy pressure wash with premium bleach (Clorox). Then a carpenter replaced water-damaged siding. We returned to spot prime new material for longevity, caulk and putty, rust prevention and allowed for curing time. Returned to paint two coats of Duration exterior Satin on all surfaces.
