When this family approached us with a vision for transforming their 90’s-era home, we were thrilled to bring their dream to life with the expertise of our Design+Build team. From the moment we sat down together, we knew this project would be a true collaboration, and we are proud to say we've crafted a complete home remodel that seamlessly blends style, function, and comfort.
The transformation includes the creation of a brand-new third bathroom, along with three additional bathroom renovations, completely reimagining these spaces. The primary bedroom now boasts a luxurious en-suite, providing a private retreat, while the kitchen has been fully updated with sleek finishes and modern functionality. New hardwood flooring flows throughout the home, uniting the spaces with a warm, inviting aesthetic.
The design direction was driven by a desire to create a light, airy atmosphere, using natural wood accents and soft linen hues to bring warmth and freshness to every room. Thoughtful design details elevate the space, including curated lighting fixtures that create both ambiance and function, botanical-inspired wallpaper and linear wood paneling that introduces texture and visual interest. Mixed metal finishes throughout the home offer a modern yet timeless touch, while maintaining a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.
Every element of this renovation was carefully considered to balance high design with everyday livability, ensuring that this home not only looks stunning but also feels comfortable and tailored to the family’s lifestyle.
