Modern Bathroom Transformations : Designed & Built to Last
These two bathroom glow-ups are a perfect example of how thoughtful construction and intentional design can completely transform everyday spaces. Both projects were completed as a phase 2 of our work within this Morgan Hill home and showcase the power of collaboration between construction and design. Our goal was to balance function, durability, and style to create a space that feels as good as it looks. Beginning the the ground work, our crew laid new flooring throughout the second story of this home, creating a warm and updated feel.
The primary ensuite was reimagined as a calm retreat complete with a curbless shower creating an open, elevated feel, while heated floors add a layer of everyday luxury. Backlit mirrors provide soft, functional lighting, and the wood-panel tile accent wall brings warmth and texture, grounding the space with a modern yet organic touch. Every detail was designed to feel both refined and effortless to clean including the slab shower surround.
The guest bathroom presented a unique challenge with no natural light—however, the result is anything but dim. We brightened the space through the use of eye-catching tile, light natural wood finishes all with clean, modern lines. The combination reflects light beautifully and keeps the room feeling fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated.
