PLSA designed retaining walls, a pavilion and a swimming pool to transform an undeveloped back yard into an entertainment and recreational space. Through the use of walls, stairs and a redesigned building facade, PSLA created access from the English basement to the pool deck that fits the architectural style and scale of the house. The pavilion, which includes a fireplace, kitchen, bar and media center, opens on three sides with views to the sun deck, spa and pool fountains. A 35-foot water slide adds a playful element.
