This project included a complete demo of the existing kitchen, including removing 2 closets and a pantry. All new Plumbing under the sink and 4 new Electrical circuits were added. The rebuilding process included new flooring, kitchen cabinets with molding, countertops , an island, under mount SS sink and faucet, tile backsplash, recessed ceiling lighting and under cabinet LED strip lighting with dimmers, all new appliances, and new paint colors.
Other projects completed after the Kitchen included converting 900 sq. ft. of unfinished basement space into a finished room which also included a bathroom. A utility sink area was added in the unfinished basement area.
