Transitioned a portion of an unfinished basement into a finished room of about 600sqft. The project layout included multiple closets, framing to enclose gas lines, HVAC & plumbing, new windows, the IHD&R insulation system, and a new landing area with a unique combination of wood handrail & newel post with metal pipe to complete the stairwell. This project required new electrical, plumbing, and heating, new luxury vinyl flooring, and re-purposed cabinets with new granite countertop, sink and faucet.
