Feature Tub

Enlarge the shower! Remove the wall separating the shower and toilet, relocating the main 3” stack. Finding a show stopping large slab tile in a 24”x48” format. Filling the back shower space, providing an enlarging visual effect. Simplify the plumbing and relocating the hand shower to the other wall, adding his and hers niche’s with glass shelf. Custom curb shower with larger tiles on the floor.
Twist on freestanding tub. Building a knee wall around the freestanding tub and installing a countertop overlapping the tub, provides much needed shelf space lacking with freestanding tubs. Following the shape of the freestanding tub with tiles, finishes off the side & back cavity that’s always hard to clean with freestanding tubs. Accentuating the tub and walls are the same large shower tiles with an accent textured tile providing a cascading waterfall effect with lighting.
No more double sink, large single vanity with sit-on counter linen cabinet with bottom drawer, brightens the look of a large linen tower while providing additional counter space and storage. Large oversize niche added on the wall next to the tub hosts a towel bar ladder with counter sill large slab tile backing and tile surround
