My client wanted to update her first floor. She wanted shelves full of “stuff” gone, and a cleaner look ushered in. We updated her stairs and railings and replaced her spindles with beautiful iron ones. We tore out her built-ins on either side of her fireplace. We replaced them with stunning new cabinetry, then added mirrors over the cabinetry and pendant lighting. We replaced her outdated green marble fireplace with a new electric one, we added a mantel and tiled the dramatic 12 foot facade.
We wrapped the dining room in a dramatic blue, and added new lighting just about everywhere.
