Our homeowner had a deck with multiple levels and full sun exposure, which eliminated using the space most of the time. We added a louvered roof that closes electronically, along with a 2 story fireplace. We placed a TV over the fireplace with a seating area. In addition, we made sure there was room for a dining table and chairs, as well as an additional conversation area that was not covered. This growing family is now enjoying this outdoor space and using it to it’s full potential.
