This beautiful beach bungalow update features a native berm landscape front garden, inspired by Tybee Island's rolling dunes just blocks away. Punctuated by architectural elements like large stones and agave, the entry garden is stitched together by a collection of native, drought tolerant perennials and succulents. The backyard was transformed into a family-friendly hang out space, adding a fire pit with flagstone and dwarf mondo grass pavement as well as a new ipe deck system, wrapping around an existing palm tree. Custom elements include a new ipe storage bin for pool toys and equipment as well as transforming the existing unsightly pool cover storage unit into an ipe bench. A new fence with trellis system adds privacy with a pop of color in the summertime.
