The Owners had an old wood deck over old concrete. We removed the wood and concrete and laid flagstone over the same area. The large tree was very important to them so we built a dry stack stone wall around the tree to accommodate root growth.
We also repaired part of an existing concrete retaining wall at the south edge of the patio.
