We removed the old wooden deck and wood retaining fence, dug out for a larger patio, poured concrete footings and "rat" slab for the new pavers to sit on, laid up a block retaining wall, formed and poured concrete steps and laid pavers on then, installed a paver circle at the upper area and built a segmental retaining wall that also serves as a seat wall.
The Owner painted the block walls with a Mediterranean style color...it looks great !
