This was a challenging space as it was a 4,500 SF open loft so segmenting the rooms to make them feel intimate was a challenge. In most cases lofts are designed with really large neutral pieces of furniture but neutral and plain is not particularly my style! For the living space, We utilized three different types of seating in lieu of a more typical one large L shape and side chair. I wanted it more interesting so the curved soft pink sofa to the left, a more tailored velvet sofa in the center and an open backless chaise to the right all mixed in with colorful and natural elements.
