As part of the complete building re-development we worked with the owners as designers & architects. The Penthouse is a 4 floor minimalists dream with a full floor plates that have both North and South light exposure. A light & airy color / material palette was selected throughout to keep neutral but also help accentuate the dark tones of the brick and surroundings. The apartment includes 1,500 SF of outdoor space with a private pool on its roof.
