This renovation was a project proud moment for our team where really all of our skills and knowledge were not only tested but also put on display.
What started as a simple house set in the woods transformed into an oasis of charm and modern perfection. It all began with removing a chimney that ran through the center of the house. This provided the open feel that they were looking. This type of removal was not an easy feat but our team took on this project beautifully.
One the chimney was removed we were able to run a beautiful wrapped staircase through center of the house which led to the second floor. We re-shingled the house to make it look like it never was there and added matching beams on the inside ceiling to add to the dramatic open space. On the second floor we blew out the roof and added a dormer to transform one room with limited head space into two spacious rooms and one full spa like bathroom.
Throughout the house you can see stunning hand scrapped wide plank flooring. On the main floor a beautiful chimney with built-ins was constructed on the side wall. The kitchen is cozy but really built to absolute perfection! Featuring Executive simple door cabinets in white with a stunning granite jet mist with a unique and really stand out leather finish made this space a WOW. An interesting hidden touch is the oven hidden below the gas cook top. This helped our client get the most out of all her space. The raised bar counter top provides a fun touch where you can really enjoy entertaining.
