Timeless Remodeled Cape

During this beautiful transformation we remodeled a cape style house. The goal of this renovation was to allow the family to utilize their space better and allow them to have an open concept for entertaining. Since this house was a traditional cape the dividing wall between the dining room and kitchen was removed. A new structural beam in the ceiling was installed in its place to allow the space to become bright and open.

The kitchen was renovated with stunning semi-custom cabinets in a cream base with grey glaze. The cabinets were paired with a Corian Quartz black based countertop. The bold one piece peninsula has an angle feature at the end for effect and allows for plenty of open counter space for food prep and serving.

The family also decided to renovate their bathroom. Again using semi-custom cabinets in a cream base with grey glaze but this time paired it with a statement making Dupont Corian custom counter top with a designer bowl fused to the deck. This made the whole bathroom really pop a spectacular color combination. The counter top even features a special tile setup for the cabinets to be off the top for ease of cleaning. Piers were installed on the side for a dramatic look and to ensure there was plenty of storage.

NOW IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN A SHOCKING 10 YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION!! YES WHEN YOU USE THE RIGHT DESIGN, MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION YOUR RENOVATION CAN LOOK BRAND NEW FOR YEARS TO COME.
