AD&D designed this full custom home in 2015/2016. Our favorite exterior element in this house is the locally sourced Coquina Rock which was integrated into the design on the column bases, and the exterior fireplace. It was a genuine pleasure to merge the Old Florida Plantation style, with the modern take on the Florida Vernacular exterior.

Barn Light Electric Co. did a fantastic job with both the interior and exterior lighting, and Suzanne Guyton Design deserves all the credit for the interior design work.
