This single sun room addition was designed by AD&D in 2015 for a central Merritt Island home. We designed the conventionally framed roof with a load bearing ridge beam to maximize the volume; and create a nostalgic old Florida feel in this space. We love the knotty pine ceiling, and the seamless integration to the pool area through the triple slider.
The addition nicely compliments the newly renovated house; and provides beautiful views down the canal of Sykes Creek, and Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary beyond.
