Front yard parking was very important for this client as there was almost no street permit parking spots for them to park.

The existing elevated lawn was proposed to be brought down to the level of the neighbouring driveway and city sidewalk, creating opportunities for multilevel planting areas.

The raised planters and plantings give this front yard a lush look despite having a parking pad. I would say that having a parking pad not only gives them the function they need but actually improves the look of their modest-sized front yard.
