This row of five new luxury townhouses was constructed on a previously undeveloped lot in the heart of Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We looked to the immediate context of this landmark neighborhood to inspire historically accurate details on the exterior while providing sleek interiors full of modern amenities. Each 4,200 s.f. home is comprised of a garden-level apartment with an owner’s triplex above.
