Only 12 feet wide, this newly-constructed townhouse was built on a narrow vacant lot in the formerly-industrial Seaport District of Lower Manhattan. The facade of steel, zinc, and glass is inspired by the cast-iron storefronts in the historic neighborhood. The single-family house boasts a centrally located stair connecting five levels and a roof terrace.
