When the owners of this two-family townhouse required more living space for their growing family, they turned to us to create more space without sacrificing the existing garden level rental apartment. We added a new fourth floor to create a master bedroom suite complete with a lounge area and home office. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows give the impression of being in the trees while a row of clerestory windows brings light into the center of the house at the bedroom and stairs.
