The original deck was starting to rot from underneath, specifically the support posts, as well as along the connection points of home. The homeowner requested a composite decking material with an aluminum rail system. Additionally we brought in a landscape company to help bring life back to the tired landscaping, they also built a new fire-pit, water features, additional landscape beds and paths. We also painted all of the trim and main structure of the sun porch and some other locations along the back of the home.
