The homeowner's loved their lot and home in proximity to their family. Moving was not an option but they wanted more space and an update. We were able to add 2 bedrooms. Remodel 2 bedrooms. Add a Jack and Jill bathroom, new master bathroom and update the existing hall bathroom. Additionally we added space to the front living room. The entire exterior was updated and painted to bring the home a warmer feeling. Tough to see the before and afters in some case but some are quite obvious.
