When Jesse committed to our French estate project, his mission was to wrap our clients in luxury no matter where they stood on the property. The first is that behind this image there are detailed construction drawings outlining all necessary technical specifications to achieve the end result. A cohesive package of plans that includes every detail required for every tradesman is something only a designer who has construction experience can create. In order to visualize where the gaps in information could be, our firm draws on years of construction experience and our drawing standards reflect this in order to ensure a smooth construction process. We believe that a cohesive set of construction plans can often communicate information and organize a site far more effectively than even the best project manager.

The landscape design behind these photo realistic models are also highly important to the process. By designing the pool, the cabana, the hardscaping, and the softscaping, you are able to manage the storm water on the site to a higher degree. This effect is further amplified when the same designer is designing the roof and drainage systems. This also allows contractors on site to properly manage their early phase foundation and backfill phases by understanding the required grading heights and swales. By understanding this information upfront, contractors are also able to rough in all required mechanical and electrical systems.
