This kitchen was a project for a repeat client who we very much enjoy working with. The space was working just fine, but the homeowners were looking for a little more storage and wanted to make a few layout changes. We expanded the cabinet footprint, moved the refrigerator, and raised cabinets to the ceiling to gain more storage and draw the eyes up for the illusion of larger space. Another decision we made to maximize every inch of the kitchen was the use of frameless cabinets from Holiday Kitchens. During the design process, we looked at every single cabinet and decided what additional functional storage items could be incorporated, such as roll trays, spice organizers, tray dividers, or lazy susan trays. The result is a space that is bright and fresh, with ample working space, seating, and storage.
