This kitchen remodel was quite the UPDATE on a few classics that we see often here in Minot, ND. Our homeowner was living in a small, cramped galley kitchen that offered very little storage and counter space. We removed a wall at the end of the kitchen to give additional space and offered the opportunity to add many more cabinets for plenty of storage. The kitchen featured vaulted ceilings but still felt dark because of inadequate lighting. We added recessed lighting to instantly brighten the space. The finishes were chosen to match the rest of the home, and the warm oak tones are updated with a beautiful brick-like porcelain tile backsplash and "griege" accents that are found in the tile, countertops, and paint color. Overall, our client gained so much storage, counter space, and light in this update and is just smitten with the new kitchen.
