This corner lot front yard was made up of turf, closely planted sycamore trees, and old wood retaining walls. With the expertise of Lou Penning Landscapes (installer), Concrete contractor, Lance Wright, and metal fabricator, Phil Gerosa; we created this low water use yard with steel retaining walls, concrete pavers, and low water use plantings: Euphorbias, grasses, New Zealand flax, sedum, agave, and other succulents were used in the planting.
