This traditional 2 1/2 storey brick home had seen its share of renovations in the 1980's and was ready for an update. The narrow main floor layout was previously broken up by enclosed rooms, varying floor heights and a dark palette.

Artium Design Build restructured the second floor allowing all of the walls on the main floor to be removed, the kitchen to be relocated, a powder room to be added, and natural light to flow through the space from front to back.

The transformation is a clean, bright backdrop for art and entertaining alike.
