A 16' heavy timber loft was renovated in phases and eventually touched every room. The most dramatic changes came from converting a jack & jill bathroom into separate master and guest baths, as well as creating a master bedroom out of an attached storage room. This extensive project allowed the owners to sell their unit for well above the purchase price and costs of remodel.
