Functional Condiment Storage Solutions

Condiments and spices are items that all of us need to store in our kitchens. At Vestabul we focus on functional design and are constantly employing unique storage ideas to meet our clients needs. This project board shows some of our condiment storage solutions.

This cabinet is only 6" deep and houses all the condiments the homeowner needs for baking. The shallow depth of the cabinet also makes this countertop area more usable. A full depth cabinet in this are would crowd the cook.

The apothecary drawers in this 6" deep cabinet are removable. This allows the drawers to be brought down to the countertop for easy access to supplies.

For taller cooks a condiment pullout in an upper cabinet is the perfect solution. This puts items at eye level for easy retrieval.

Cooking hearths that have columns from the underside of the hood to the countertop are perfect places to specify pullout condiment accessories. These make spices and condiments accessible to all cooks.

Angled spice drawer inserts can be installed into any kitchen. Vestabul designers like to install two sets of these per kitchen: one for baking spices and one for savory spices.

A deep drawer can be divided to store larger sized condiments. This one in stainless steel can easily be wiped down if a spill occurs.

Even 3" of space can be specified as a condiment rollout. Vestabul designers want to use every space in the kitchen for optimum functionality. Most basic kitchens would leave this 3" of space as a filler with no function at all.

6" is all the space needed for this condiment rollout. When placed in the cooking zone it is ideal for storing oils and vinegars at arms length.
