Customer wanted an office/den area and had us enclose the existing garage. We saved the rock wall on the back wall, removed the garage doors and built a solid wall. The wall opposite the rock wall was opened up by installing an 8' Pella patio door and windows to look out on to a courtyard with a pond. The existing laundry room was turned into a bathroom and opens in to the new office/den.
