This project began as a small art room addition with a loft. Although attached to the house it can only be accessed from outside the house. During construction the client added 135 sq. ft. to the room. The room is now the clients "Babe Cave" with not only a place to do her painting but also a guest room with small kitchen and full bath. The room has lots of light, hardwood floors, tongue and groove ceiling, and a spiral staircase to the loft.
