A deck was added on the second floor over an existing covered patio. The window was removed from the second floor guest room and a door was installed to go out on the deck and a new spiral staircase was added so guest could go to the pool area and backyard from the guest room. Over the new deck a wood pergola was installed and all column were covered in stone.
