Previous garage and backyard were deteriorating to the point of potential water damage to the house. We demolished the garage, removed the old concrete, and built a new garage of cinder block stucco. While the exterior is stucco, the gable, soffits, and rakeboards are maintenance-free vinyl products. We also installed a new backyard concrete patio and gated fence.
