A unique addition project. The clients wanted a living area overlooking their pool, complete with a full bathroom and fireplace. As the project progressed the clients requested a back deck leading down to the pool as well.

The exterior needed to match the original home as well as possible, and so we selected bricks, windows, and a hip roof to match. In the back we installed two French doors with transom windows above to allow more light into the living space. We used ceramic tile in the interior.
