These condo owners had a small, North-facing garden that was bisected by a cedar hedge. Originally it divided "common property" from the owners' "limited common property", but the 7' hedge made the small dark space feel even smaller and more confined. As the owners were planning to list the property with the next two years, they wanted not only to increase their own enjoyment of the space, but also create something future buyers would recognize as complementing the modern clean lines of the condo interior.
