This 3000 sf Modern home was designed and built with energy efficiency in mind. Constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) allowed for maximum thermal capabilities throughout the home. All lighting is voltage controlled and high efficacy. The exterior is clad in a vein cut Travertine along with smooth stucco. The windows and doors are framed with 2" Flamed Basalt Lava Stone. The result is a stunning example of modern architecture combined with modern technologies.
