Glendale Hills Project

This project is a new construction of two homes on a hillside in Glendale. The landscape project consists of hardscaping, water features, a smart irrigation system, plantings, 25,000 sq ft of slope retention and led zone controlled landscape lighting.

Master valve we will be using for the system. This master valve will shut system off in case a leak is detected by the flow sensor. This valve was chosen because most working parts are built outside of the valve housing, making future maintenance and repairs easier.
