PDA has completed a complete renovation/addition at this distinctive 1970's canal-front house in Venice. New floor area enables a young family to feel comfortable, and the fresh, airy feeling created by ample sunlight and white walls is complemented by handsome accent materials and finishes in rich tones. The design theme was "70's Cuban Beach House", in a gesture to the owner's upbringing and the waterfront setting.
