A neighborhood playground that incorporates xeriscaping and a custom design for a hybrid fence-bench, dubbed a "fench" by Bishop Land Design. The fench is designed to create an unrestrictive contained area that eliminates the prior issue of park-goers misusing the area as a dog park.
