I had the pleasure of working on this historic Georgian house for the current owner. I opened up the floor plan and exposed the back stair which was redesigned and detailed to be more stylish. French doors and windows with transoms were added as well as lots of interior trim and details throughout the house. It is in Lyme, CT and is currently for sale.
