Owners selected architect and landscape architect to create a home for their family which would embrace their contemporary tastes and love for the outdoors. After explaining their design program and sway them to produce a design that made the whole site come together. The result is an intense relationship between site and structure, both beautiful and functional.

Landscape architect created three activity levels. Outdoor seating and dining areas were placed at pool level. An extensive yard area was created for the children sport activities at mid-level between main level and the lake shore. A wood deck and sandy beach were placed at lakeshore level. The three levels provide different entertainment-play areas which can be used simultaneously by different members of the family and their guests. Most hardscape materials used were selected with a green design approach, and plants that were either native or acclimatized to the South Florida sub-tropical zone were selected.
