Hancock Shaker Drop Leaf Table

This refined cherry wood drop leaf table is a design that was originally made by the Shakers of Hancock Shaker Village circa 1830. It is crafted by hand using traditional fine woodworking techniques akin to those used by the Shakers to achieve its delicate beauty.

The table features rule jointed leaves with White Chapel brass leaf hinges, which when folded facilitate its use as a sideboard or for compact storage.

It features a drawer for storage, made with beautiful dovetail joinery and a walnut drawer pull.

It is finished with Danish Oil and Beeswax, both environmentally-friendly finishes that illuminate the wood's natural character and grain pattern.

As every table is individually crafted, each will be unique in wood grain pattern and small color variation.
