The central piece of this renovation was the design of a new staircase that met the homeowners' practical needs while also being structurally and architecturally feasible. A custom shoe closet, contemporary kitchen, and HVAC installation throughout the triplex were added, as well as cosmetic changes such as new fixtures, windows and wallpaper.
